Talk through the need
I can discuss your department’s priorities, personnel context, and the kind of support you are exploring.

For departments & agencies
Peaceful Healing can speak with chiefs, captains, training officers, peer-support coordinators, and HR or wellness leads about proactive mental-health support for first-responder personnel. This work is part of the First Responders support hub.
Who finds out? What a program can cover
01
I can discuss your department’s priorities, personnel context, and the kind of support you are exploring.
02
Program structure, scheduling, implementation, and what—if any—administrative information may be provided are discussed before a program begins.
03
If the conversation points toward a verified fit, I can identify the next step together. No program details are assumed before that conversation.
For organizational readers
Peaceful Healing can explain confidentiality, its legal and ethical limits, and what—if any—administrative information may be provided under the specific arrangement before wellness checks begin.
The department’s inquiry is organizational. Individual personnel who later choose to seek care have their own separate conversation and privacy boundaries.
Susan’s perspective
My work includes Community Behavioral Health Liaison work alongside police, as well as domestic-violence services, substance use, crisis intervention, and private practice.
I am also a member of the Missouri First Responder Provider Network (MOFRPN).
Those experiences inform a practical understanding of the work, the responsibility, and the importance of making support feel usable.
